Henning holds a PhD from the Computer Vision Laboratory of ETH Zurich in Switzerland. He is an expert in large-scale video analytics and machine learning with a special focus on visual object tracking, object/face recognition, and event detection.

Henning also has several years of industry experience working at Continental, AGT Group (R&D) GmbH, DaimlerChrysler, and BOSCH. He is adept in agile software development and in technology transfer, i.e. turning the results from cutting edge research into products.

During the course of my PhD we created the Hand-Object Interaction (HOI) data-set 2010 which is publicly available. The data-set features 10 different objects and 9 different subjects. Both range and color information is available.
